Refund / Return Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Generally, all goods sold are not returnable. This is to prevent any cases where a fake product is returned as we only sell 100% authentic products.

Please be informed that:

  • NO RETURN for received items if:
                                  (i) there is no major defect or damage on outlet items;
                           (ii) only minor imperfections on outlet items.

  • We do not honour any walk-in returns.


If this concerns you, please consider carefully before buying.

MJPremiumGlobal.com is committed to your happiness. We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are in serving you. All products are strictly inspected before shipment to ensure no major quality problems. In the event where a received products is severely damaged, you may contact us to obtain an after-sales service and request a return.

Returned items must comply with out return policy:

  1. Upon receiving your parcel, please record a full video as you unpack the received item.
  2. Daigou is a time-sensitive service. If any major defect or damage found on the received item, kindly inform us within two (2) days from the date of receival.
  3. According to the delivery tracking record at courier service page, there will be NO RETURN after two (2) days a product is received.
  4. We will evaluate the video from clause 1 and approve if the return request is accepted.
  5. Returns details such as packaging instruction, mailing address and selected courier provider will only be provided after approval of return request.
  6. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging with all required documents in it. The product tags, original packaging and any documents shall not be tampered with.
  7. MJPremiumGlobal.com does not accept returns on gift cards, undergarments, shoes, face masks, socks and personalised products.
  8. MJPremiumGlobal.com holds the right to approve or reject any return request and this depends on a case by case basis.
  9. You will be responsible for shipping costs.
  10. All items must be received by MJPremiumGlobal.com in order for a customer to be eligible for a return. You shall ensure that the product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly. MJPremiumGlobal.com is not responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received during the return delivery.
  11. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, or the return item does not meet the return policy terms, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the product back to you.
  12. Delivery and shipping charges are not refundable.
  13. Returns handling time will vary depending on your return method and courier of choice. Our Quality Check team will take up to three (3) working days to process your return.
  14. In the event we discover that the product returned is not faulty and/or the process set out in clause 1 was not followed, we may at our discretion decide (a) not to replace or refund you for the Product, and (b) return the Product to you. In such case, we may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs (including costs incurred in returning the product to you) at our current standard fees and costs and charge this to your credit or debit card, or the payment details that you provided to us when you made your Order, and, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.

 

This policy is applicable only to those products which do not fall under the list of non-refundable brands/items provided on our platform.
